12 inch carbon steel, forged by hand by an artisan blacksmith in Charleston, SC. Lighter than cast iron.
7 Grain Melody Waffle & Pancake Mix
Seven organic grains, each milled on its own in Sparta, TN by Farmers' Storehouse, with cracked einkorn for crunch.
The mix is raw flour: it keeps 3 months, best in the fridge or freezer.
Cowboy Coffee or Cowgirl Coffee
Cowboy Coffee is a dark roast, sweet, creamy and chocolatey.
Cowgirl Coffee is an espresso blend, rich and chocolatey-sweet.
