Our products are shipped fresh and frozen in insulated packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Because these are perishable items, we ask that you move your order to the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon delivery.

If there is a problem with your order — including damage, thawing, or an incorrect item — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
