Whether you’re ordering a ribeye for your weekend or selecting a gift from our farm shop, we want you to feel completely happy with your experience. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns and Refunds

Because our beef is perishable, North 36 Farms does not accept returns of our fresh beef products. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know. Reach out at team@north36farms.com and we’ll take good care of you.

If you wish to return a non-perishable item from our Farm Shop for a refund, please contact us at team@north36farms.com within 14 days of delivery for instructions on how to return your item. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

We pack our items with great care but on rare occasions, we fall short. If your box or its contents arrive damaged, our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue, whatever it might be. Please reach out at team@north36farms.com within 48 hours of delivery and include in your email a short description of the issue and photos of the damage(s) so we can help make it right.
