How to cook
Season with STK Blend and get the grill or a flat-top screaming hot:
Big Daddy Hamburgers: sear hard, 4-5 minutes a side for medium, one flip, and never press them. Rest a couple minutes before the bun.
Hamburgers: 3-4 minutes on the first side and a little less on the second, one flip, with cheese in the last minute.
Smashburger Press: for smashburgers, press the 5 oz hamburgers once on the flat-top, in the first thirty seconds before any juice comes up. After that, hands off.
Thaw the hamburgers in the refrigerator the day before you cook.
