Managing Your Subscription
You can manage upcoming orders, delivery dates, and subscription settings anytime through your account page — the “person” symbol in the top-right corner of any page — using the email address you used at checkout. Select Subscriptions to see and manage everything below.
Can I reschedule or skip a delivery?
Yes! From Subscriptions, select edit on your active subscription, which will bring you to the subscription product manager. Click on Reschedule if you want to delay your next box or Skip if you want to skip the next box altogether.
Can I add items to my next order?
Yes! On your account page, click next order and select any one-time purchases you wish to add to your next delivery.
Can I update my delivery address?
Yes! On your account page, click next order, then edit your deliver to address to change the address.
How does my subscription cadence work?
Your subscription is charged on your next processing date, shown in the next order section of the account page. We'll email you a reminder your processing day is coming up about a week beforehand, so you have time to add to, reschedule, or skip your next order.
When does my box ship?
Orders ship Monday–Wednesday for Wednesday–Friday delivery via 2-day express shipping. Everything ships frozen and packed to arrive ready for your freezer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. From Subscriptions, select Active subscriptions, choose Edit options for the subscription you'd like to change, then Cancel this subscription.
